Woke up today in Hatch and headed toward Bryce, along the way we had breakfast at the Bryce Canyon Pines Cafe.
Next hiked up the Arches Trail in Red Canyon.
Then we had lunch at Ruby's Inn at the Cowboy's Buffet and Steak Room
Then we hiked up to Inspiration Point, which was H0ly Sh!t! Awesome! I mean all mountain peaks have power, makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up everytime. But Inspiration Point was worthy of it's title and then some, truly "Awe"-some.
Which is 8,320 ft, and the canyon floor is about 6600 ft or (1720 ft vertical)
This evening we stayed at the Hyatt in Springdale, and had dinner at the Switchback Grill
Starting with elk sliders, then an Incredible steak and amazing creamed spinach, along with a fantastic wedge salad.
