We got breakfast at the Coffee Shop again:
Cowboy Omelette add chorizo and a fruit medley
And got up to Snowbird I even got Mom to go up the tram to Hidden Peak!
Which is a 2,900 foot vertical to an 11,000 ft peak.
Then we had lunch at the Strap Tank Brewery in Springville.
This was a really cool location dominated by motorcycle memorabilia such as a 1907 Harley-Davidson Strap Tank.
That evening we ate at Namaste American Indian Cuisine
And then stayed at a very nice Best Western in Cedar City, UT
